There is a static and beat-like noise that is coming from the inside of the car. The sound is coming from the passenger side. I’ve opened the hood to see if it was the engine, but you can only really hear it from inside the car. I eventually was able to pinpoint the sound from coming from under the car on the passenger side. The noise continues without the key in the ignition for 30 seconds to a 1 minute.

Thanks for the video, it helps. But I can't say what the problem is there is nothing I can think of that will make that kind of noise, let's raise the car up to see if we can put a hand on what is making the noise. Start on level ground and follow this guide. You say it is coming from outside the car, correct?

I can say a blend door actuator can make this noise but those are inside the car. Let me know any more information possible.
