I had oil changed a week later noticed a burnt oil smell. looked at motor and notice oil on driver side back part of motor. my oil is good so if it is leaking it is not much. but there is definitely oil on the back half of the motor. what could this be?

It is hard to say. I included the possible oil leak areas from the book. I would suggest cleaning it all off and adding oil dye and then checking it every couple of days with a UV light. I suspect this is a valve cover but again it is just a guess because we have a couple areas that are possible.

Let e know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks
