Burning smell near the TIPM/fusebox?

Hi there, what could be the cause of a burning smell near the TIPM/fusebox? Even when you put the start/stop button at "on" without starting the car.

Hard to say as the TIPM carries pretty much all the electronic controls, You might want to see if you can find a thermal camera and use it to look for the hot area. You could also try a hose trick, put a piece of tubing up to your nose and move the other end around until you find the strongest smell then look close in that area.
