Had the car on and turned up the heat and started smelling burning rubber and heard a ticking noise. Turned the heat down and the sound stopped but not the smell. So I shut the car off and looked under the car and found a couple pieces of broken rubber belt. Checked the serpentine belt and it is intact. What is causing the smell and noise and what needs fixed?
