I am trying to remove my front bumper and its plastic brace because I've shattered the brace underneath. The exterior shell is just fine but I need help with the diagrams because I can't find an understanding of how to do this.
I'm young and completely dumb to this.
If anyone can help me, I'd be very grateful.

Hi,

Young and dumb? Nope. If you tried doing it without asking, that could be an issue. The idea that you are asking for help indicates you certainly are not dumb, and you want to learn. LOL

What was shattered? As far as the steel bumper below the plastic, there are four bolts on each side that attach it to the front of the frame rails.

If you are referring to the plastic fascia support between the cover and steel bumper, I attached the directions below. I had to start with the bumper cover first and then added the fascia support. As far as the cover is concerned, replacement is the opposite of removal.

Take a look through the directions and let me know if this is what is needed or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
