Stalling if not warmed up

I own a 92 buick skylark with 132,000+. I just replaced the fuel pressure regulator to fix the stalling while idling, but now the car stalls if it is not warmed up for 5 to 10 minutes. It seems as if the accelerator pedal fails to work while it stalls. I thought maybe a throttle position sensor. Any ideas?

[quote:f4630b5f39="lzclipper"]I have a 97 Buick Park ave with a standard 3800 V6 engine 55,000 miles. Code is p1441 and it says its factory Auxillary Emission controls. Where do I start looking for a fix.I cant find the PCV valve if it has one and could that be a problem. Air filter is new. The service engine lite come on for a month and then went off on its own and is now on again. Car runs great and gets great mileage.HELP! Thanks Larry Zurek[/quote:f4630b5f39]

Hey lz
P1441 refers to an issue in the evaporative system, specifically evap purge, some causes could be the evap purge solenoid, evap canister and related vacuum hoses. I would have to recommend though you take this to a trusted repair shop for proper diagnosis, special test equipment is needed.
