when i give the car gas, the engine misfires and barley runs,when checking wires i'v found that the #3 wire is not firing ,i was told the coil pack couldnt keep up with the load,is this the problem

Could be the sparkplug wire open or the coil to include a malfunctioning crankshaft positioning sensor-
