1996 Buick Skylark W/S washer

The W/S washer does not work even with a full reservior. Looking for where the fuse is and wow to access the pump. The reservior seems to be under the battery, behind the drivers side front fender.

It is a pain. You need to remove the innder fender cover to access it. Do that and using a test light, check to see if the pump is getting power.
