1996 Buick Skylark Speedometer & Gauges

The speedometer and other gauges in the dash do not work. Sometimes the speedometer and other gauges will not move from "0". Other times they will bounce around erratically. Once in a while some of them appear to work. I would like the gas gauge and speedometer to work most of all.

Bad cluster. Need top replace the entire instrument control panel.
