1996 Buick Skylark my driver side window will not go up

There is something wrong with my driver side window. all my windows are electric and all but the driver side window operates properly. what could be the problem?

this could be the switch, a broken wire where th door closes or a bad motor.... Try slamming the door to see if the window goes up if it does then check your motor. By doing this it jars the motor to where it might work. if not remove the door panel and check to see if the motor is getting power. you'll need a test light for that. if power is there then you'll need a motor and that is a an assembly . dorman is a good suplier and you can find them on the internet just type in your car power windows.
