hi, my car is acting weird all the dash lights are on and the temp gage jumps up and down really fast now it takes about 30 trys to get it to start

double check the battery cables, especially the positive. remove it and see if there is corrosion inside.

And the service engine soon light? going on too? First step, have the codes read, Autozone reads them for free, even if the light is not on DO THIS! Freeze frame data can be stored at the time the problem occured! Write all codes down and post them here, BEFORE part replacement begins!
