After a stop the car hesitates to pick up speed.My pedal is all the way to the floor.Had fuel line replaced over 1 week ago.And fuel filter was replaced today. Still the car hesitates to pick up speed.Also when car is around 40 mph it hiccups.

Was fuel pressure checked? How recent plugs, filters?

No the fuel pressure was not checked.Not sure is was not done by the professional mecahnics.Have not replaced plugs yet.Uncertain when plugs or filters were replaced. Just bought vehicle from lot about one monthe ago.
