1994 Buick Skylark tires drag

replaced brakehoses& calipers but tires still drag .should i replace mastercylinder or a replcement kit ?.how do i find out why the fluid is not retreving to release presure on calipers.?

Hi there,

I would check that there is at least some pedal free play, Just make sure that the pedal can move a little before it starts moving the piston. If OK i would be investigating the master cylinder.
