1994 Buick Skylark tires drag

Replaced brakehoses& calipers but tires still drag. Should I replace mastercylinder or a replcement kit. How do I find out why the fluid is not retreving to release presure on calipers?

Hi there,

I would check that there is at least some pedal free play, Just make sure that the pedal can move a little before it starts moving the piston. If OK I would be investigating the master cylinder.
