THE BREAK HAS TO BE PUSHED ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND TO SLOW DOWN AND WHEN IT IS FULLY PRESSED IT STILL SLIGHTLY MOVES

Hi there,

You need to go get the brakes checked asap as you may have a hydraulic leak, check the reservoir and top up if low, you will have to bleed the brakes to get a pedal back, if you can't do this you will have to get it towed as it is far to dangerous to drive on the road with such poor brakes.
