1991 Buick Skylark Car spits through intake

Car will turn over but then it backfires through intake. We have checked timing, catalytic converter was clear, ignition module was ok, coil packs were fine, ran scanner and nothing showed. Any other ideas?

Hi there,

Check for a cross firing lead, if they are bundled they my be leaking voltage.
