1990 Buick Skylark Automatic

My 2 front windows will not go down. If you happen to get them to go down a little, it is almost impossible to get them back up. Is there any way to get these two windows fixed?

Sounds ike the window motors are going bad. You can try lubing the window track with w.d 40 to make the motors work less hard. But most likely the motors are going to have to be replaced.
