1990 Buick Skylark Turn signal

Electrical problem
1990 Buick Skylark

The turn signal light comes on but does not flash. We have purchased a "flasher"....but cannot find where the old one is so we can replace it.

normally flasher is on fuse box .fuse box is under dash drivers side

Thanks for your reply......my husband took the dash off and had looked there.....he must have missed it! I'll have him look again!
