No leak detected, I can hear the fuel pump running when key is put into "ON" position. Thinking it might be the spark plugs, or the engine is flooded. This is not my car, its my grandparents. They had a lot of stuff done at a Jiffy Lube, so I'm thinking they had a lot of stuff that didn't actually get done. Thanks.

Start by disconnecting plug wires and grounding it while cranking the engine over-do you have spark?
