1995 Buick Roadmaster starts hit throttle cut off

recently i started my buick up and it hesiated and sputtered after doing this two or three times it finally started up and drove when i tried to repeat the problem it would start so i took it to a shop they replaced the fuel pump, screen and filter but to no avail. then they changed the mass air flow sensor, the mass air pressure sensor and checked the throttle sensor still everytime you hit the gas pedal it sputtered and cut off now he is saying it has low fuel pressure but he dont know how what do you all think

Could be the injectors and fuel pressure regulator leaking causing the low pressure
