what are the possible causes for car getting hot?

bad radiator flow-stuck thermostat-fan motor not running.water level to low. you might also have fan motor with fan clutch also ,both.can be a weak fan clutch too.check fan by turning on your ac with motor on and wait till fan motor starts sometimes it takes a while.if it dont start take it out and check it outside on direct power from battery with wire.also check oil if any sighns of bad head gasket.
