BEFORE AND AFTER COMPUTERIZED FRONT ALIGNMENT, VEHICLE "WANDERS", OVERSTEERS AND WILL MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO RETURN TO "AHEAD" POSITION FOLLOWING MAKING A TURN. NEW TIRES, SHOCKS, BRAKES, STEERING STABILIZER. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

It sounds like the steering gear is worn out. If it's not returning to center, it will most likely need repaired or replaced.
