1992 Buick Roadmaster stuck in park

Transmission problem
1992 Buick Roadmaster V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The car has been running fine. It's never stuck in any gear before. I have tried pressing brake and pulling down and still won't budge from park. I am scared I will break it if I pull to hard.
