front end shake

1995 buick riviera supercharged coupe with 130,000 mi. car shakes on braking between 42 mph down to 20 mph. rides smoothly otherwise. have changed all brake rotors twice problem still there.

have the calipers check out, one could be hanging up, it could be one side or the other or both, try to feel which side is making it shimmy, and have that caliper checked. would say the tires were out of balance but you say it only happens when you are braking.
