My ac/heater blower on my 1998 Riviera works sometimes. At times it will blow air fine but most of the time it doesn’t". Thank you in advance for your knowledge & help.

I had a similar problem on my "95. Mechanic said it was a bad spot on the armature of the blower motor.
Replacing the blower motor solved the problem.
