1997 Buick Riviera 6 cyl

My inlet tank on radiator is leaking.
Can just the tanks be removed and replaced?
Tanks are plastic
Can these be purchased from parts store, or must they be purchased from dealership?

The only way to get the plastic tank replaced and i don't know for sure if they even do that is a radiator shop.When those tank's crack and leak you just go buy a radiator and replace it.
