1997 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my 97 reviera is charging 17-19 volts perioticly when it does coolant fans stop.air bag light comes on trans. wont shift to 1st or 4th.have replaced alt. and reprogramed compter. What now?

have your alternator checked over by a alternator shop
