How can you find where the motor for the washer is located?

This is the most ridiculious piece of engineering I have ever seen. My daughter has a 95 Riviera. The washer reservoir and pump are located inside the right wheelwell. You have to pull the right front tire and the wheelwell cover in order to get to the reservoir and motor!

Engineers should have to work on cars!

Almost as stupid as having to lower the engine in order to replace the serpentine belt! Thanks a lot, Detroit!
