1996 Buick Riviera radiator

hello, my problem is i have a 96 riviera and in september i had a crank in the top right side of the radiator ( i guess its plastic) and anti freeze would leak out of it. i changed the radiator and put in a used one now the radiator has a crack in the very same plastic part of the radiator. could there be another problem causeing this or should i have just replaced it wit a new one. any help or advice i would be gratefull for thanks alot!

just replace it with a new one. there may have been a problem with that year and the newer ones have all the stuff t update it......
