how much would it cost to change the cam sensor need to know what to come up with to fix car thank you

about 18 months ago I had to replace my cam sensor. Cost of the sensor that my mechanic charged was about $65. He charged for 2.5 hours of labor ($175). Certainly check with your mechanic as to what his charges would be.
