1995 Buick Riviera no heat

The blower don't engage whean select heat setting. And if do, it blows cold on the passingerside, on the floor and front defrost. How can I fix the ploberm

What I would do is start with the thermastat. After the car has run for a little while feel the hoses going into the heater box. If they are cold the thermastat could be bad not letting the fluid heat up.
