1995 Buick Riviera knocking sound

this kocking sound is annoying and no mechanic can solve it the noise starts when in gear and the brakes is depressed but when in neutral the noise is gone when the brakes are depressed the noise also is noticable when accelerating and eventually quites down at around 60 mph. the engine is smooth running duz not burn oil the tranny oil is clean not black im dumbfounded with this mystery but maybe its a simple find that i dont see or hear

Check the bolt are tight that attach flex plate to torque convertor
