1995 Buick Riviera bleeding the brakes

I dont no how to bleed the brakes .I just put on new pads all around, 4 wheel discs, and i lost all my brake pressure and dont no why. I figure air in the brake lines.

If you didn't open a blleeder, then pump the pedal, it should come back up, if not, was the cap on the master removed before the pistons where pushed back?
