1989 Buick Riviera Buick woes

1989 Buick Riviera 214000 miles

I recently bought a 89 Buick Riviera. Its a little rough right now but I want to fix it up some. I wanting to see how Id change the voltage regulator and the voltage stabilizer. I need to jump the car everytime I want to start the care so Im going thru the electrical system to make sure theres no problems.

Sounds like an excessive current draw do battery drain test below
