1968 Buick Riviera brake pedal goes too far down

Brakes problem
1968 Buick Riviera V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the brake resaware was dry could of it suck air in my lines thats why the pedal goes down to much. the brakes are new. the brake ajuster is tight .
