Cruise control has stopped working, but the dash indicator light saying that it is engaged, don't known where to look next, the fuse checked OK.

If the light is indicating the cruise control is ON but it is not working correctly, it should not be a fuse problem.

It could either be the control unit, cable or other wiring fault.

You would need a scan tool to diagnose the cause.
