2005 Buick Rendezvous Windshield Wipers out of sync maybe

My passenger side wiper seems to be hitting the other one and bending the wiper.

At first I just thought it was the wiper so I purchased another one and it happend again.

It bends so bad that it does not touch the wind shield on the passenger side

The driver side wiper is fine but some way or another the passenger side wiper is bending. Would the wipers be out of sync.

Hi:
With the wipers off, is there play in either arm? If so, there must be a problem with the linkage. It is located under the cowl at the base of the windshield. Remove the cowl and check for worn bushings, bent arms...
