2004 Buick Rendezvous rpms too high and wants to accelerate

Engine Performance problem
2004 Buick Rendezvous 6 cyl Automatic 183k miles

when I am driving the rpmi's go high and allerate. When I parked the car accelerated its self and when I press the brake it wants to keep going. I have replaced transmission 2 yrs ago and recently put new battery in and got oil changed

Inspect the accelerator cable and throttle plate if its fully closing and test the idle air control valve and throttle position sensor
