2004 Buick Rendezvous dash panel lights and bell ringing of

The dash lights are coming on with AWD, Anti Lock brakes, Low Fuel, Service Engine Soon. Error message reads in the millage block. Radio cuts off and on and there is a constant dinging bell. The repair shop checked the BCM and cluster panel and checked wiring under driver seat. We're at our wits end, please help.
