2004 Buick Rendezvous Can't get the key in

2004 Buick Rendezvous 39000 miles

We just bought the car today. We went to go out tonight and the key would not go in the ignition. The steering wheel is locked and will not move. Help!

Hi there,

Don't force the key. Try using some spray lube & make sure the key is the correct one. if all this fails , an internal fault with the barrel is more than likely the problem and a replacement one will be needed.
