2004 Buick Rendezvous

I have a 2004 rendevous. The check engine light stays on constant until I get above 30 miles per hour, then it starts blinking. The engine runs rough. Six weeks ago the dealer replaced all the fuel injectors because the engine light was on. Cost $1750.00.
Can this be same problem

If the light is blinking, do NOT drive it! This can cause serious damage to the engine. Most likely, you have a restricted catalyst. That could be caused from when you had the injector problem. You need to have it diagnosed ASAP.
