Hi,

If you experience vibration or pulsation when applying the brakes while the vehicle is moving, chances are the brake rotors are warped.

At one time, people would have rotors cut to true them, but today, it is hard to find anyone to do it. Plus, the brake rotors will warp faster when this id done because they are thinner.

Therefore, you should simply replace them and the brake pads at the same time. If you use the old pads, it can cause uneven wear on the new rotors and make noise when braking.

To get you started, here is a link that explains how in general to replace brake pads and rotors. You can use this as a guide.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
