When turning my steering wheel hard right or left, there's a whirring sound. The power steering fluid has been checked and there seems to be nothing wrong with that. All brakes were replaced also the bushings in the front and back, so far no luck as to what this whirring sound is. Any ideas

It could be a bad rack and pinion. You will need to listen to it at the input shaft while turning the wheel.
