The Key will not turn , I tried moving the steering wheel it has me locked out. I think it is that Pass key junk, but I dont know how to repair it

sounds like you have a damaged lock cylinder. You will have to drill it out to replace it. You might want to shoot a small amount of WD40 in it first to see if it will free up.

Do not use WD40, use a silicone spray.
