2002 Buick Rendezvous HEATER CORE

REMOVAL:
Drain the cooling system.
Remove or disconnect the following:
-Wiper module
-Brake booster vacuum hose
-Air cleaner cover and intake tube
-Throttle and cruise control cables, from the TBI bracket, also
-Transmission filler tube
-Hoses from the heater core
-Right and left instrument panel insulators
-Center floor air outlet
-Heater outlet duct
-Tie strap holding the instrument panel harness to the heater core cover
-Heater core cover
-Heater core retaining screw
-Heater core


INSTALLATION:
Install or connect the following:
-Heater core
-Heater core retaining screw. Torque to 8 inch lbs.
-Heater core cover. Torque to 8 inch lbs.
-Heater outlet duct. Torque to 8 inch lbs.
-Tie strap holding the instrument panel harness to the heater core cover
-Center floor air outlet
-Right and left instrument panel insulators
-Hoses to the heater core
-Transmission filler tube
-Throttle and cruise control cables
-Air cleaner cover and intake tube
-Brake booster vacuum hose
-Wiper module
