No headlights or tail lights

I have an '89 Regal Custom, 200K miles ans 3.1 Engine. I have already replaced the headlight switch. Other than the wiring, is there anything else that could cause the problem?

check all the fuses. The tailights should be on the fuse panel, while the headlight fuses are under the hood, just because a fuse looks good sometimes they are bad and should be checked.
