ignition switch 93 Buick Regal 3.8L v-6

Ignition Switch will not turn - I'v tried turning the steering wheel, nothing helps. It's the original key without wear.

try rocking the car rapidly forward and back and sideways while trying to turn the key. had a fellow earlier today that had this problem.

Ahh...but it's also the original cylinder with wear! May be time to change it...
