brake lights

hello. I have a 95 buick regal and the brake lights stopped working. both brake lights don't come on when i hit the brakes, yet the one in the middle does work. I tried changing the light bulbs and the brake switch but they still won't work.
any suggestions?

with the third brake light working it would sound that there is a blown fuse. The regular brake lights and the third brake light are on diferent lines when they come out of the stop light switch.
