My Regal was leaking coolant from somewhere other than the radiator or reservoir. it looks like it was coming from what I later realized was the water pump. Does taht mean my water pump is bad? My serpentine belt got wet, slipped off and shredded. And before the belt shredded, I noticed my radiator fans weren't spinning. Are they suppose to spin all the time?
