2003 Buick Regal 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 57000 miles

what is a ballpark cost to replace real axle brakes assuming 1) rotors can be resurfaced, 2) assuming rotors must be replaced, 3) assuming break caliber is sticking.

dealership will be around 300 for new calipers. rotor turning fees new pads and labor.
